Yeah ! Both of them were childhood friends : Skwizzy, a goblin raised by a shaman who admired tauren culture and Tortoka, a tauren adopted by goblins. Skwizzy grew disgusted of goblin culture and Tortoka grew obsessed with their technology. Eventually, their friendship ended with a big fight on a boat, causing it to wreck. Tortoka was rescued and brought back to their home town, but Skwizzy was washed ashore on the goblin capital.

They spent many years apart, both thinking the other was dead. They both eventually moved on, but when they heard of each other again, Tortoka was feeling regretful and guilty, and Skwizzy was feeling resentful about what her friends had become and what he put her through.

This is the scene where Tortoka finds Skwizzy back, at the tombstone of her mother, and tries to apologies for what happened. She's still resentful, but being a good person at heart, she can't help but being touched by the sincere words of her old friend.
