A Reverse-Wye was used here, allowing for the visual effect of two hoses like the Jackals. This configuration drapes the hoses around the shoulders and connect to a canister.

Have Really been wanting to take my one spare cat, attach a bunch of hoses to it, and take it underwater: Am told that Chlorine will do something interesting to the latex (Turn it into Neoprene?) so am gonna experiment with a scrap of latex in a pool first and see what happens...
There IS a critter who has already done a Diving-Jackal with theirs, am curious as to how theres is doing so far: http://rocketpup.livejournal.com/4904.html

I guess he would need a special breath exhaust valve. a typical gasmask valve would leak a lot of water inside... maybe the main question would be how to seal the mask itself against the water. one of your hooded ones might make it easier; put on a neoprene hood or something over the head itself to seal off the zipper.
I take it you're referring to the mask's eyes? ^^

The Lenses in the Jackals arent "secured" in place like the Horse-masks lenses are: Adding some Goop around the edges would certainly create a watertight seal tho! The Zipper isnt too much of a big thing to worry about water entry as positive pressure along the sides of the hood would keep it out...
Im really curious :) Really I am: Sadly I havent seen anything else from Rocketpup since last he posted. Ahwell, I can keep dreaming about it :)
Then again with the JG-3 it may bbe even More possible now that I know what needs to be done to get a clamp around the lenses!
