Aww, Grovy~ ♥ I like the texture shading you've used on this. It's really nice. Not too obtrusive and fairly subtle.

As for Pokeanatomy, I think Grovyle's got a bit thinner and more slender of a neck. It's one of the things that makes Grovyle so appealing. :3 But it looks like you've got the right amount of distance between its head and shoulders, so that's a good thing. ^^

And I totally find myself staring at the texture in the background. It's a really mesmerizing pattern, haha.

And about the neck thing, I did actually notice it, but by the time I did, I was nearly done the pic. I tried to fix it but it threw the whole pic off and couldn't really find a way to fix it without redoing it. But ah well, I still like it.

pokemon aren't supposed to look exactly the same(only in the games) so a slightly thicker neck is no big

even pallet swaps and custom markings would be ok as long as we can tell which pokemon it is because art is about expression not what it is your drawing
