This is an example of embroidery badges that I can make. I use pre-existing artwork, trace it onto the cloth, and embroider over it with the appropriate colours, and I use different stitches as I determine to be appropriate for the part I'm trying to fill or outline. I use fabric that is the same colour as the dominant colour of the character, or a colour that would be easier for me to work with if there is no dominant colour. For this badge I used a screenshot of a telegram sticker the owner of the character had commissioned. I backed it with white fleece for strength. For the eyes I used a sparkly floss, but the sparkles didn't photograph well. This badge was made for the Anthro Northwest con in Seattle this year.
