In the strip, Darque Hellmutt is a comic book hero who travels the galaxy righting wrongs with his trusty zap gun. The plot of most of the stories has been described as "in the first half he gets his butt kicked. In the second half he kicks butt." It's very popular with the male Brigadiers, mainly because the women in the comic look better than the ones in real life do.
I owed the "real" Darque Hellmutt a commission piece for being one of my Patreon supporters. When I suggested doing a comic book cover, he wanted to have his character fighting General Jinjur. I couldn't exactly do that, but creating a supervillain that looks just like her was do-able.
I sent him the artwork last night and he gave the go-ahead to post it, so here it is:
