And so the truth is revealed. And this wolf's personal experience with the idol and what they've discovered will go a long way in making sure things can go back to normal again. At least, I hope. But I get the feeling that may not totally be the case.

I'm guessing it's some form of "standard operating procedure" post medical examination. Also, the looks on both her and the fennec give me the impression they may both be on sedatives or otherwise not 100% at the moment, though I may be reading too much into it.

The big reveal was “Always.” Manifestation as a tentacle monster seems to just be the result of people being confronted by the reality that everyone IS just an aspect of the Black Idol. Julia only escaped this by cutting herself off from humanity. Still gotta see what the fallout from that is.
