The director of the Northwest Branch of ENSI. What's ENSI? They're kinda the CIA but instead of trying to micromanage all the other nations around the globe (that's the job of Wesson's navy, maybe, I dunno!), they just micromanage the citizens of Wesson, or they at least try. Their goal in interacting with Spinone University's Archaeology Department is to make sure they can get some of that sweet loot they find to reverse-engineer into marvels of modern weaponry. Of course, rather than sending a qualified individual to smooth-talk their way into the department's pockets, she sends her husband, Nick, who has all the charisma of a soggy teddy bear. At least he enjoys the brunches they get with the department, and at least they get enough stuff from them to justify not surreptitiously raiding the premises.
