Personally, I've never thought that her being sexy/ sexualized took away from her being a badass. I think that comes through amply anyway. I've always pictured her as being rather tall and strong as hell. And I'm someone who has little familiarity with the show, I've been attracted to the character for her aesthetics.
I'll have to delve into the show and the lore sometime. I've always liked Tailmon/ Gatomon, Impmon, and a couple of others as well, but really from the character design standpoint. A lot of the Pokemon as well. I'm not a gamer, and I'm older so I didn't grow up with the shows, etc. I just tend to approach it from the aspect of character design.
