This isn't a commission, it's for a DnD campaign. And I... like the ruined/sad biological family trope. And the DM knows it. As I left the backstory pretty open/misterious.
...turns out it mightve been a mistake.
I really like how this came out regardless. So many textures gave me chances to toy with the painting techniques a lot. With minimal cheats like layer effects. Just raw, messy brushes.
