Jacklyn shared many traits with her "twin" brother.... A passion for motorsports, an affinity for video games, and a more-or-less natural tendency to cast pyrotechnical spells more often than other spell types. Unlike Jacob - whom had little trouble trying to cast any type of spell - Jacklyn found fire magic virtually effortless to cast, and had some troubles trying to cast any other spell type. While she eventually found a way around these issues, Jacklyn soon discovered why she had the problem in the first place.
As it turns out, Hathora had utilized a dying fire elemental combined with the DNA of Jacob's parents, and the data from the AI file created by Rodrick Twintail (which led to Jacklyn being around in the first place) fused with the fire elemental's soul to bring Jacklyn to life in the real world.
This granted Jacklyn a natural affinity for fire magic as well as the ability to temporarily transform her body into that of a fire elemental, but set a soft limit to what Jacklyn was capable of in terms of magical ability. She had already became a sorceress, but after finding out her "unique" heritage, Jacklyn committed to her abilities and is well on her way to becoming a great and powerful magic user.

The fire effects in her hands is one I found of Google of one of Skyrim's dragon shouts.
