RP? Pregnancy? Oh, do you mean that you take the pic that way? Er... I guess I could see the pregnancy thing but that's not it. No, this is just a little closer to what her real body type is supposed to be. She's not obese, but she's got definite, noticeable chub (you just don't see it mostly because it's damn hard to draw so I cheat and make her slimmer sometimes).
I've never RP'ed with Sugar actually, though it might be neat to try sometime.
The pic was drawn with no specific premise in mind, it was a response to some excess emotions I wanted to get off my chest. ^_^
