She almost never smiles - she's still a fairly pleasant Pokemon to be around, but just doesn't seem to show it at all. Maybe it's in her genes - she is part Skrelp, and before Vajra could take her home she had to have a haircut to remove some excess kelp strands. She didn't seem to like that...

Despite this, she helps Vajra with menial tasks that most other Pokemon would rather ignore. She's made it clear despite not speaking human languages that she hopes to evolve into a strong Breloom so she can take on more strenuous jobs!"

She is named after the Lottery attendant in some Pokemon games.
