I swear I saw this movie last week in the cinema and I still can't get it out of my head! Seriously this movie is... something of it's own.
Don't get me wrong, it's an absolutely fantastic movie and I honestly adore it! But it is definitely something of it's own. It takes a whole new take on a pre-existing character, while still managing to keeping them true to "what makes Joker, Joker" (Something the previous Joker didn't, let's not mention his name.)

Honestly I didn't expect to like the movie this much?? I mean yeah, I already love the Joker, with the Heath Ledger joker prob. being my favorite comic-book character adaptation of all time, so that in itself meant this version could go two ways with me: Either I would love it or I would hate it. And the writing, along with Joaquin Phoenix's performance really made me fall in love with this version!

The whole movie just sets the character in a more realistic light than previously, and it just really works super well! Seriously if you haven't seen the movie yet then what the heck are you doing go watch it!!

Anyhow, I like the movie and I like this version of the Joker (both character and design wise) so ofc. I had to make a fanart for it!
Only spend about 2 hours on this thing, but tbh I'm really happy with the end result! (Esp. considering I don't usually draw humans)
