The one I linked here is all of KM's currently available models (minus the patreon ones). These are also for Source filmmaker, there is a blend storage file out there, but they're not complete with textures.
If you want the textures you'll have to open the vtf's with vtf edit (or gimp/photoshop with the vtf plugin) and save the images as a png so blender can use them.
