The bikini swimsuit, that Fuyuko often wears, when she goes swimming, or something.
While it is in fact, a bikini, it's design was specially made, so it was made suitable and useful, for various sports, such as swimming & diving.
It's also made suitable, for gymnastics, but...knowing Fuyuko? She's already very fast, agile, and VERY much in shape! But she's not a gymnast.
