A little gift for  datspaniard. Based on our fetishy conversation on Discord (we're not perverts I swear, it was just through texts not pictures).

Sweet Dreams drank several mugs of coffee one morning to give her some energy but those mugs made her bladder fill up rapidly. With this, she decides to diaper herself with a pink diaper with heart prints (I didn't draw it here because she's covering it up with her hooves) and holds it as long as possible. Well she got more and more desperate until she couldn't hold it anymore.

The reason Sweet Dreams' design is so different than how it's usually designed because I draw unicorns based off of traditional unicorns (traditional/class unicorns have a lion like tail and sometimes a beard but a beard would look weird on a mare like her) and I make their hooves a different color from their coat, I don't like the idea of ponies having fur on their hooves which horses in real life don't. I mix a slight realism with my ponies.

I'm also aware this may not be the diaper brand that is worn but I liked the color pink so that's what I went with.
