Yep, when my dogs jump on my bed to basically say "GOOOOD MOOOORRRNING", sometimes they like to paw at me. More specifically my face, and I can confirm that they do smell like fritos. And no, I do not like it when they paw me, especially in the face. Granted, they're still pups and they're just over a year old. Hopefully they'll age out of it
I have actually no idea what fritos smell like, but especially after walkies in the snow or the like or like with us, when we sleep, perfusion seems to kick in. And paws are the few areas that are equipped with perspiratory glands. Those and some weird bacterial reaction is what makes paws musky, sometimes.
