When my fursona first shifted to his kitsune design at MFM 2018 I had created a goal of improving my artwork over the next year so I could create a badge for them. Through work on a comic/storyboard telling the new design's origin I was able to get to a level I felt relatively comfortable drafting up something I felt okay with displaying. My artwork still has a ways to go but I'm still proud of where I got to by MFM 2019 a couple months ago.
I'm also both nervous and looking forward to showing off the comic soon. I have 64 pages sketched, of which have been 52 pages inked and dialogued, and finally in that set I have 10 pages that have been fully colored.

I have, or rather I am :D
In the end ended up going with a storyboard format rather than a comic format. Each page is a single picture with story snippet in the description, like a picture book (except adult at times :P). Currently I have 101 pages sketched out, of which 71 have been inked, of which 56 have been colored/shaded, and I'm releasing them at about 1/week right now with 25 (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/38583510) being my latest one.
Will probably be increasing the release pace soon depending on if I can keep up the current pacing- getting close to the end of the original planned story in sketch phase now!
