onta 's unigans have a really great design. I was playing around with it somewhere. This was probably the cleanest of all the sketches so I got to work back into it plenty.

The story I had for his long-ago contest (and totally forgot to include in any of my submissions, d'oh) was that they are a race where beauty ruled society. Any scars or defacement, even if caused in service of their kingdom, would cause imprisonment, banishment, or even death.

Naturally, conflict ensues.

Also the lower castes are hornless, but survival made them warrior class. The "uni" is ironic, and they're sympathetic towards 'the graceless'.
