Hah, that's pretty cool. I especially like the fourth. There's a small problem with your printable version though: it lacks a bleed, for the sake of trimming. Without it, cutting the cards requires absolute perfect slicing.

Did you intend for it to be cut on the black border? It's uncertain without crop marks. Typically, the ink should extend an eighth of an inch past the crop marks—the markings determining where the slices are to be made. If you intended it to be cut right where the red meets the black, that'd still leave noticeable imperfections when cut, unless it's absolutely perfect. You also risk getting them on that dotted line, unless that's a fold mark, which would confirm my suspicion about the intended cut being between the red and black.

I can show you how to make this stuff, and I can offer you some other printing protips, if you'd like.
