Based on a comment I made whilst shootin' the breeze with Tof and Shigoto on Skype while simultaneously replaying Metroid Prime.

I really don't have problems with the Zero Suit. It's just form-fitting is all. I think it's weird people decry the Zero Suit for being fanservicey, and yet they never complain about the bare-mid-riff/hotpants combo and/or bikini she used to flaunt outside of the suit. The only female character in Brawl that shows less skin than her is Nana. It kinda baffles me.

Duh, you like it. :P It's practically a second skin. It's not like this is unheard of for Samus, but it just sort of felt like it stopped being a joke and they said, "okay, this is just gonna be part of the character now." Which, whatever, I'm all for female empowerment alongside- rather than separate from- sex appeal, but it kind of distracts from what truly makes her cool, in my opinion.

S'probably why her entire contribution to the series consists of her trying to get the suit back, after essentially getting caught with her pants down, in a manner of speaking. It's like, grafted to her skin now, or something, so I don't think anyone has to worry about her being exposed ever again if they ever stop making prequels.
Oh, yeah, I almost completely forgot to talk about the picture itself.
Needless to say, I like it. It's got that super deformed sense of proportions that feels cartoony yet slick. And while she's got a crazy case of Dilbert going on, the way you drew her waist and hip areas combined with the bulkiness of her topside is kind of a vague compromise between the stoic unisex look of the suit and her female figure, making her identifiably femmish despite the armor. So, neat stuff with that!

Hey hey hey hey! ... woah. Woah. Do you remember what she use to wear under that suit?

I think the Zero suit is a step up.
Besides, they didn't give her a huge chest, or a big ass - she's actually rather athletic looking, with like nearly 0% body fat on her.
