Jenelle is a character I have been designing as a 'good witch' of sorts, as a counterpart to Janis. While Janis is more of a magical hitwoman and tends to grant wishes under 'monkey's paw' logic, Jenelle uses her magic for more benign and benevolent purposes.
Folks who've been around on discord may have heard me going over her other characteristics and design for quite some time. So I'm glad I've got her all settled now :)
And Jenelle is human, she just thinks giving herself those ears makes her look cute =P
