Now back to the canon story of me and her, soon we'll be reaching where season 2 in the show begins.

Racing World
Interview
The day for the interview then came as it was now month four before the racing season would open. The parties would happen during the fifth month and then the sixth one would be here when the racing season started. Ms. Dira herself was over with her usual people at Nicholas’s place. He had greeted them with a smile when they showed up right on time at the door. “Come in, come in,” the husky stated.
“Wow, this is nice,” the female reporter said with her usual smile.
“Everything has been set up as we agreed upon. The chairs are ready, so are Meika and the others. But if there’s anything else you need, don’t hesitate to ask me.”
“Thanks!”
They made it to the living room where one of the chairs had been set up in front of a wall that had a piece of art and a weapon hanging on it. There was even a table nearby which set the mood perfectly. Meika was already here and Ms. Dira got excited to see the vixen having interviewed her before many times. Now the vixen wasn’t going first just here to show the reporter that the racers to be interviewed were ready. Then the rest came in. “Alright, hair, make up!” Ms. Dira said so the racers could be taken to be made ready for the camera.
Everything went like clockwork. That is until during the process of setting up the doorbell rang. “Can someone get that?” Nicholas called out. “I’m a little busy here.”
“Let me!” Ms. Dira stated.
She went up to the door and opened it. Standing there was a male buck that was much taller than her. His fur was a lighter color than hers, had quite a few points, and his smile went with his orange colored eyes. But due to his height and muscled build, Ms. Dira was actually intimidated by him and got a scared look. “Hel…” The female slammed the door by instinct before she could stop herself. It took her a second to realize what she had done and opened the door again.
“Lo!” he finished and Ms. Dira closed the door again.
“Hey Nicholas?” she called nervously.
“What?” came his reply.
“Uh there’s a really tall buck reporter at the door.”
“What?!”
“Uh, who?” Tag asked.
“What should I do?”
“Well, I guess let him in,” Nicholas answered. Ms. Dira swallowed her nerves and opened the door a third time.
“May I speak now?” the buck asked politely.
“Er… yes?”
“Alfred, pleasure to be meeting you Ms. Dira!” the male exclaimed. “Excuse my suddenly visit but I saw that you had come to visit my favorite racer to interview! And I just couldn’t resist! What excitement! Why I haven’t been this excited to see Nicholas since that first time I interviewed him!” Alfred let out a happy laugh. “Such good times…”
“Wait, Alfred?” Nicholas then asked who had appeared. Meika was with him, the vixen ready for the camera.
“Ah Nicholas, glad to see you!”
“Same, but you’ve come in here unannounced.”
“Aw, now are you going to turn me away?” the buck asked.
“Well I can make exceptions since you were the first reporter to interview and support me,” the husky replied. “Next time just call, okay?”
“Very well.” Ms. Dira stepped to the side and the male came in. Now that the female had gotten over her shock at how tall he was, the doe began to see the other charastics of Alfred and found herself liking what she saw.
“Well now Ms. Dira, I hope we can work together on this,” he then said. “Who knows, maybe future things for the upcoming racing season. You’re here in Aispir City and I’ll be there to cover stories as well.”
“Hey, don’t go smothering her,” Nicholas then stated with a smile. “You might frighten her. You’re too eager at points.”
“True, but there’s nothing like a good story to get the watchers excited.”
“Yeah, well let me show you were the interviews will be happening.”
It then came time. Tamira was much better with the interview than the first time as she had no problem talking about how she felt about this place and the hopes she had for the upcoming racing season. Nicholas the whole time listened from behind a corner. So Meika and the rest didn’t know he was hearing them. But he was very eager to hear what the vixen had thought about all of this so far. While she didn’t say everything, what the female did was enough to warm his heart. “Nicholas has just been the best host anyone could ask for,” Meika said when asked. “He’s been kind, helpful, heck; he’s even introduced us to so many amazing people!”
“What about doing things with him?” Ms. Dira asked.
“It’s been so exciting! Visiting some orphans, the casino, dance club, and other fun places. And he’s been with me and the others every step of the way.” Alfred then asked some questions to help like with the rest and Ms. Dira was fine with that.
At last it came to Nicholas’s turn. He was asked what he thought about the guests he was hosting. “They’re all great,” the husky answered. “Each one has a charastic I like. From Meika’s bubbly happy attitude, Tag’s enthusiasm, even Tamira with her serious attitude.” Nicholas obviously wasn’t going to say how he truly felt about the vixen. Now wasn’t the time for that. The interviews went well and Ms. Dira and Alfred promised soon it would air after the footage went through the edit process. What the female reporter didn’t know was that she and the male one would be working a lot in the future. What she did know was that he had seen her before reporting before and that’s how he knew her name. The guy explained that bit of info to her. And now there was just the parties left in the final month before the racing season opened. But this would lead to a couple complications. Not big ones, but amusing ones.

I'm really looking forward to getting to the end of this and then to Season 2 so I can finally show who Meika is really supposed to be with.
