And this is why I always bring my biggest and strongest team wherever I go within the Pokemon world, to ensure that if I run into a Pokemon like that it won't be an easy thing for it to eat me.

Just do what I do for these kind of pics: headcanon that the Lugia is just going to keep the prey warm in its belly for a while then let them out safely later. Cause the human must surely be lost in those cold caves *nodnod*

i'm particularly unfortunate i'd say, in the case that ides of unpleasantries can linger and gnaw at my mind despite attempts at personal interpretation, but it's still something i can get over in some cases, yes.

just wish sometimes that dark, snuff-y types weren't the majority ;w;

but, ultimately, this is very good art and, at least in the visual department, minus terror and a more "official" interpretation of horrible death, i approve thoroughly.
