I've decided to start a new training regime of doing at least one sketch of a snowleopard from a photo reference every day.
I've set some extra rules for myself too. It has to be done in less than 1 hour, I can only use the one brush (Though I can choose which brush before I start), and I can only use black. No undo, no erase.
The idea is to become good at drawing them quickly and accurately.
I didn't exactly intend this one to be a study of chest and paws. The photo I was using as a reference actually had a head too, but I started drawing from the paws, and by the time I reached the mouth I'd run out of space.
Still, I've done a lot of snowleopard faces, so I don't really mind leaving this one out.
