In the manga there's a scene where Legosi is in a high class club (with one of his grandfather's childhood friends) and freaks out when two ladies start making out on the bench next to him. The narrator text implies this is not something considered acceptable by animal society.
Yes, all Carnivores in Beastars have no irises and all herbivores have them, that is a marker to divide them.
The Anime is nice ^_^
The Manga was good till Chapter 97, from 98 upwards it feels like someone else wrote the story just to go on with it (I am sad about that). If the Anime will stop at Chapter 97, it will be a good ending point.

Looks like Bill and Aopa have no irises. The boys from Legosi's room have big black eyes.
IMO, the manga is currently on a slow burn arc that is taking a lot longer than the murder did to get to a point. Legosi is slowly working toward clearing his record, marrying his love, and becoming the Beastar, with the support of the rest of the cast.
