Oooooo - really wonderful detail, and I like how there's such a nice pocket of wrinkled skin on those inner mid-soles. Nice plump ball-pads too. My oh my, they would be a treat to feel on your snout, even with eyes closed, as they have such pronounced features.

With Regrin walking on his toes as we can see here, the arches and that portion of the sole would barely ever touch the ground and even with the scales they would likely be relatively soft to the touch and look to be well cared for. Most likely they'd be extremely ticklish to the touch and very smooth and pleasant in texture.

The opposable toe also looks to be quite smooth and ticklish though that might be a little more hazardous to attempt to tickle if he managed to grab you with it. He is a tyrannosaur after all and those toes would probably have some considerable strength.

Yeah, dealing with less pressure and friction, those arches are definitely some of the softest!
