Two things that are very interesting in this picture:
1) Like the idea of heavy blurry in the alley. That is an awesome skill.
2) I like how you designed her ankles that look like they are floating around her ears. (Yes, I know that the ankles are growing behind her ears, but the way they appear in the picture look awesome.)
