These "hands" sketches were brought about from an earlier piece I did where I struggled with drawing the hands. I've since made a lot of practice sketches and picked a couple of the better ones to post.

It's not so much a cost thing as it is a time and stress thing. I feel my biggest fault in art is that I obsess over details too much rather than just making the art. Monet once said words related to only drawing what one can see. No matter how much I say that to myself, I can't seem to do it, and the result is spending way too much time on a piece than I feel I should. The other problem is at this point in my life I find it too stressful to do art related work for others as I feel it must be perfect, and perfection is something that my work is far from.

Oh I understand, don't worry honestly, I love your work, the detail and perfectionism are wonderful, if you ask me, I think you have more than an excellent job and great art. I hope to continue seeing it more in the future :). (Lower your level of exigency: check your expectations. ...)
