Droplet lived on a farm for years and loved it, but felt unsatisfied. She left the farm behind to travel and explore the world. She met a kind dragon that allowed her to stay at his home in a city. The city was vast as she entered a café, enjoying the scent of coffee and baked goods.

Her eyes spotted a snake woman slipping off her slide-in heels and wiggling her toes. She got up went to the table. "May I sit here?" She asked as the woman smiled and nodded.

?: "Of course, have a seat, dearie."

Droplet sat down and smiled nervously.

Droplet: "T-th-thanks! I'm Droplet!"

Victoria: "I'm Victoria Braunstein" pleasure to meet you."

They began to chat about various topics for few minutes as Droplet tried to play footsie with Victoria the entire time. The server dropped off their drinks as Victoria whispered to the server.

Droplet: "What did you say?"
Victoria: "You have a foot fetish, don't you?"

She blushed and squirmed in her spot, trembling as Victoria's feet rubbed legs, the server returning and placing a long tablecloth on their table.

Victoria: "My feet do want some attention, if you don't mind?" She quickly nodded, going under the table and hidden by the tablecloth.

Droplet began to poke, rub and press her fingers into Victoria's feet, her touch light and tickly.

Victoria: "Goodnehehess! Hehehehe, that tickles!!"
Droplet: "Your feet are so soft!"

The tickles continued for 10 minutes as Victoria squealed and giggled, her feet wiggling, curling and shaking. Droplet stopped and began to lick the pale soles, her warm, wet and smooth tongue covering Victoria's feet with loving worship.

Victoria: "Ooooooh my.......What a divine tongue, Droplet~" She moaned in pleasure as Droplet's tongue licked and sucked Victoria's toes, her tail wagging slowly and happily.
