This here is Neliel (Nel or Nelly for Short). She's a sweet elven girl carrier who visits the big human towns to deliver goods from her village.

Notice the Elven look to her outfit but modern day look as well to it. She lives in a town surround by lovely Glowing White Trees, mixed in with some Cherry Blossoms and a few regular ones. There Town looks like modern buildings but built around the trees and up in them as well.

But this is Nel:) She has long shiny silver hair with a little blond toning, and fair skin like an elf would have heh.

There's evil woods near there town that grow these tantalizing rose red fruits, that whenever someone eats them they turn into a monster.

She eventually eats one and turns into a Savage Albino Werewolf:)
