Somewhat simple minded, Honeysuckle finds a great deal of joy from the easy things in life, taking pleasure in spending time with her friends or with a book in her hooves. Well suited to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa, she is a pony that enjoys taking things slowly, always thinking and overthinking any action that she needs to take. Due to this. she is not effectively spontaneous as she requires time to process new information and scenarios. Preferable to her is being told exactly what to do and when to do it as this takes responsibility away from her. Unlike her friend and partner, Orchid, Honeysuckle does not have much of a sense of business as her tremendously large heart lends itself to charity rather than making profit. Albeit, she is keen to learn as much as she can and even aspires to setting up her own business one day, an aim that is somewhat lowly compared to the lofty goals of most of her kind. Indeed, also unlike many of her kind, she sees dragons as her equals, treating all of them with respect and dignity. She is especially close to Gaia whom she sees as a best friend rather than a servant.
