This dream...world... that is altered by every inspiration I have. It has gears, cogs and decay. Old roman ruins line the edges of small rustic towns that never were. Anthro creatures hunt and watch from the bushes. Giant golems sleep beneath pillows of moss and fern awaiting something I know not of...
The fantastic landscape can spill out into this world on occasion. It, in turn, effects the land it came from. It is all cause and effect you see, every blade of grass and leaf filled wind that whips my hair around has an origin and thusly can manifest and create origins itself, dragging things into and out of the plane.
Finding these spots is difficult. Through the lens I can find them on occasion. Now comes the hard part... can I /make/ them into a series of moving pictures and tell the story?
I've never been scared by a project before... this will be fun.
This is about creativity, inspiration and its effect on the creative process. Comments please?

I have far more pics up there. I tried to post everything non animal related there but I've noticed that I love seeing non furry art work done by furs here so yeah... I've started thinking about posting more regular photography here. I liked your sunrise pics! You should post more :)

What a neat vision. What a neat photograph.
I forget the word, if there is a word, for this sense of almost-getting it. Almost but not quite. The way you feel when you've just woken up and you think about your dreams...
I think my head's not working right, I'm a bit sick and fatigued. So I can feel it right now, that unreality of what is real, and reality of what isn't. Dreamworld isn't always a bright, clean place filled with nice people, after all.
(I fell asleep twice while writing this comment.)

I don't know a word, but I think there's a song about it.

I love the previous comment. It does convey the feelings and the feelings I wish to convey back to you!
I have posted the one story here... I've written others that I've yet to post. I've got many short film ideas I want to put down onto ..er..into video one day soon. I could tell you them but they are best conveyed in face to face conversation. I don't have screenplays written or anything as solid as that yet. One will be /right/ up your alley.
What a fantastic coincidence because I am a huge fan of your mind and the way you express it on canvas (and through skillful use of 1s and 0s).
I miss talking with you!

That is an amazing formation and picturesque environment. It does truly look like a magical place! Thanks so much for capturing this image and thinking of us when you posted it here.
This is a magical spot which anthro creatures would guard with their lives. They know of the human need for destruction, hate & greed and cannot let this sacred place fall into their furless hands. Only the pure of heart and pure of soul can enter. Those whom have nothing but love in their being and humbled appreciation for the life forms around them will be allowed entry. St Laika watches over this place and the anthro guardians from her perch in the starry heavens. She is ever watching as we are ever being.

The photograph is amazing (and especially impressive given the overcast lighting), but I think my favorite part is the writing underneath. Some of my favorite things in the world are the lost and forgotten ones, and the ones that never existed at all, and this conveys that beautifully. I would love to hear more about this world.
Thank you! I really love low light situations (or tend to be in them a lot when I find neat stuff) I just don't think I'm very good at low light photography. If you've ever seen the British car magazine "Car", they have AMAZING examples of how they turn low light photographs into great looking shots that you would never guess were taken on an overcast day in the evening.
Thank you double for the kind words about the writing! I really should write some short story about that world. One day I want to make a short film set there. I think it might be something like Labyrinth meets Baraka meets Biggles Adventures in Time meets Werewolf the Apocalypse. Pulling that off successfully would be a feat of mind blowing proportions tho.
