super-manual focus is go! as i happen to not have a conversion ring for my 10x macro lens for my SLR AND my flash is partially blocked by the lens as it is, i have resorted to using my PnC with the lens held... in my other hand! it works fairly well, all things considered, though the flash is blocked a good bit still. these are a few of the decent shots i got.

i liked this for being a really good shot of his upper body. had to crop it awkwardly due to the ring of light reflected from the flash catching on the lense. i adore his thick little antennae.
