Sometimes I do too, but not when I'm welding. I'm sensitive to stray electricity... I get the buzz from the welding can be a bear when in tight spaces

Many moons ago, I was welding the motor mounts into a 1947 Jeep.
The frame I was sitting on was wet.
All was good until I picked up the second rod.

If it makes any difference to ya, I have NOT done that since.

Hehe I sentive to stray electricity... so getting buzzed and zapped is common in weather like this. Sometimes even when it's dry I will get zapped when welding in places.

Last year finally got a big old patio umbrella on craigslist, 10 bucks for some portable shade in the summer is one of the better trades I've made.
