super-manual focus is go! as i happen to not have a conversion ring for my 10x macro lens for my SLR AND my flash is partially blocked by the lens as it is, i have resorted to using my PnC with the lens held... in my other hand! it works fairly well, all things considered, though the flash is blocked a good bit still.

this is what happens sometimes using this technique, however. the limbatas in particular like to take FLYING LEAPS at me.
