Bibi is a cute African grey parrot who has her own webcam show on the internet. I don't think I'd have the patience and time to care for my own parrot so Bibi is my cyber-parrot. She doesn't speak all day, but when she gets going, she's hilarious. It's especially funny when she is interacting with her human family. One of her tricks is to yell HELLOOOO very very loud when she feels ignored.
Bibi's 4th birthday is coming up so I wanted to make a nice portrait of her.

Wow, Indian ringnecks are super pretty! I'd say do your research. Parrots and parakeet are very high maintenance. Maybe you could convince your girlfriend if you show you are well prepared to take care of a bird and you know in advance how to deal with all the potential problems you might encounter.
