I personally encourage respect for Leg Day as vital importance. Especially for the glory of glutes.

However, I will admit there's a surprising amount of admirers still into the top-heavy cartoon henchman look...and it might have evolutionary relation to the explicit lack of leg machines back in prehistoric times. Some cavemen didn't need swole legs when they could just strut on the giant intimating ham fists.
