What happens when the police are the ones that need investigating? Who watches the watchmen? Well, the answer to that question is simple: Internal Affairs. At best, they're spooks, the Beasts-in-Black that bad cops hate and good cops fear. Because every time you see them, you dredge up every little thing you've done wrong in the past few years of your life. Are they coming for you? Who knows. No one tracks their comings and goings and they report to one beast and one beast only: the Commissioner. Meet Detectives Weaving (left) and Cutter (right) the two IA agents keenly interested in sudden, meteoric rise of one Officer Jane Brooks. Thankfully for her, there's at least a few people in her department that aren't looking for a place to put a knife. Or, at least, she hopes...
