Khan's close brother, Ryuga (Jabari) is the last chimera to have been born in the secret bio-tech defense laboratories, he was awakened two years after his brother, on June 26 -1932, and put into service in 1940 for the needs of the war which will give him a reputation as a cold-blooded killer.

Ryuga is an electric chimera that not only has excellent physical abilities, but also a great power that makes him particularly different. He's fast, unpredictable and powerful. He has the particularity of generating powerful electrical flows and storing a very large quantity of energy to increase his own performance, his body generates a power output between 400 megawatts and 1.2 gigawatts and is scalable according to his need.
