The thing old Hanna-Barbera cartoons did wrong is avoiding of showing butts even when there was occasion for that like shower scene for example. I understand those toons was supposed to be suitable also for kids but first, adults was (and still is) watching those toons too and second, cartoons from 90's already showed us there's nothing wrong in showing naked butt, especially if it goes to comedy scene.
This scene shows a different view of the same scene of friendly talking between Botch and Snagglepuss. This time the screen Botch was in on the previous version is no longer needed. Snagglepuss watching his human friend who's looking at his naked butt and seems to say "No worries! You look great there!". ;)
