And I used these :
Photoshop to choose the color palette, and the sketch of the animation.
And aseprite to color all the frames.
But at that time I also had made a small bust with a kind of plasticine ( I have a putty that doesn't dry out, I don't know how to explain it ), to have a better 3D reference of the beak.
