Trying out cel-shading again, I hope it looks ok!

This Fairy dragon type pokemon apparently does not feel the pull of gravity. The wings create a series of notes that sound like singing. The singing is the only thing that can be heard before it attacks. If it senses impending danger to its Trainer, this Pokémon is said to unleash its draconic energy at full power. It has come to be known as The Siren of Dragons. It will protect it's dear trainer with its life if necessary.
