I'm doing a series on my comic of the various Cubi Clan Leaders. And I figured I'd post slightly larger versions on FA for anyone who really wanted to see em.
This one in particular is from:

"Quack quack quack quack! Quack quack quack quack quack? Quack quack!!"

Presumably because yesterday she was wearing a food advertising costume while travelling across a desert?
Yes, confusion affinity cubi are fun. One account I read had one such randomly marrying passers-by to one another in the middle of the street. When the police showed up, he "married the two officers and escaped in the confusion"

It's Future History, by
Tapewolf Tapewolf. It's in the appropriate section of the DMFA forums.

That particular character is Daryil.
He's fun.
You might want to read his "Chronicles of Jakob Pettersohn" first (which is on this site), but that's not required.

Liar :V Tail hands are copyright Aipom, because that pokemon was the shit. :V And I'll go ahead and leave my thoughts on the pic here. Good work as always, and I think I love the idea of a confusion affinity clan, simply because it opens up a lot of options with tactics to feed. :3
Sorry Amber -- I'm afraid Aztec mythology beat you to tailhands by quite a few centuries (yes, I know you're just messing about) -- a truly nasty monster, the ahuizotl (figures that something that would give an Aztec nightmares would be pretty hardcore): http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3401324/
Loving this image -- though I'd imagine living around some of these at SAIA might get to be a bit of a chore.

And fitting in with the confusion clan, a randomish question: I've noticed that none of the clans have particularly large numbers. From a world-making standpoint that just makes sense for a nigh-immortal species, but are the small numbers just normal for cubi, or are the small numbers a result of the Dragon-Cubi War (or both, perhaps)?
As I recall, these are the major clans - those with a Tri winged leader. Not many of them left, and most will be large for cubi clans. The total is around 10-100 thousand (can't recall which) which certainly ain't bad in a preindustrial society, or one that recently emerged from it. Since most of the countryside is forested, the pop. density is a bid low. My assumption is that at most the density is c.1700 AD Britain on average.
And yes, cubi do have small numbers, and not just due to the war - though that was much less that 10,000 yrs ago (Fa'Lina lived through it), which is maybe a century or two in comparison to human lives. Having your descendants have a fair chance of being lynched can't help...
Sorry, I'm an inveterate world-builder.

Ya know, I dont mean to start any kind of drama or anything, but so far all the cubi clan leaders have been female. Now, while I know cubi are shape-shifters (Abel has been hopping back and for atleast a few times in the comics already), unless Im mistaken, all cubi have a 'true gender' dont they? The one they were born as and is their default apperance.
So, Im guessing that the cubi are a matriarichal race then? Would make sense I guess, seeing as the term 'succubus' is more well known than 'incubus'.
