What can I say about this one? I'm not into League of Legends, but I have to say that many of the characters in the game are awesome. That's why I considered to add Volibear as a option for the 'V' of the tickle abc. And I think it turned really good!
I'm not a big fan of electric tickling, but huh, I saw the opportunity due to the nature of the character. Now you can say "Electricity and tunders just tickle Volibear" hahaha

I don't think there would be an ursine character in any franchise whom could consider themselves entirely free of the possibility of one day becoming a tickle victim in your artwork and there are a great many good character designs in League of Legends, many of whom need tickling. Volibear was a worthy choice and given the nature of his powers a plausible victim for electricity being just ticklish rather than potentially painful. Like a certain other armoured bear though it looks like his paws are just a little sensitive.

And yeah. I need to tell that from years I've been kinda obsessed with tickling ursine characters. So I think what you said may be true. But I try to keep my artwork not as specific with bears and tickling.
I also enjoy to torture basically every creature with cute paws hahah.
