Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The size of the suit is very good. It has been a good fit to different size people. The vision is good from the head and easy to breath as well. Only a small "black area" is between eyes but it doesn´t bother much.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Everything is very symmetrical. Fur looks clean and feels high quality. The overall expression is very good and the eyes are very impressive which give the feeling that the eyes follows you even though you don´t look at it straight forward.

I´m very happy with the overall outcome.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands are with great quality. Hands have less fingers than human has but the design with the suit hands are good where the human fingers fit very good.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
Hands are very symmetrical and the fur is good quality. Fur looks nice and it feels nice to wear. Movement is very smoothly with hands as well.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Tail is very simple to put on (it´s like a belt you put under the jersey around your vest) and light and easy to wear. It also feels good quality and good materials and it won´t loose if you try to pull it. Very good tail in general.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
Looks good and fits with other character very good. The tail is very good in general.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
The match is very good with all the parts together. The maker have a certain style which you can recognize with this costum. The maker fulfilled our my expectations with the costume adequately


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?

After the firs contact we have a meeting where we talked about mascot made the starting guidelines about the color, material, what does the mascot should look like etc. It was easy to understand what the maker ment with all the details when we make the planning. And the maker also understand very good what I meant with the some details. Good communication in general.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Very satisfied. The maker answered promptly if I had some questions. Usually we contacted with mail and sometimes we talked at the phone depending what was the issue in which time. Good communication in general.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
As I told previously it was very easy and pleasant to work with the maker. You can sense the professionalism from the maker but she also have a good way to explain some more complicated things in a simple way that I understand it also. No excuses was heard in any point.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Deadline and the completion day was met. I received the product on time. The product was delivered personally (because distance between us was so close only 40 kilometers). Othervise the maker would have shipped it through postal service.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Overall quality was good. The product seem to be very rough and it shall last for a long time.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I´m very satisfied in general. We started a new mascot project with the maker immediately after I received this suit.
