"I assure you, this incident was merely a fluke brought on by sheer incompetence, sabotage, and/or mishandling of materials! These matter-antimatter reactors are 100% safe if operated according to procedure, and we have strict protocols in place for the impossibly unlikely event should a malfunction occur!"
From what science can tell us, theoretically speaking. The only way to achieve antimatter, is by sending a living entity back it time via a time machine? But there's a catch, it's also very risky to achieve such a feat. Doing so could create a paradoxical mishap, and it could bring the end of the universe as we speak!
