Cion, i've decided, is a member of the Dandelions, a group of keyblade wielders who were thrown into a new worldline after the keyblade war.
a bit of an unorthodox being, to be graced with a keyblade, this Dutch Angel Dragon has both the magical abilities of his species, and the increased aptitude to cast more advanced spells that come with the weapon.
