The time has finally come to free the beast from its cage and let it rage on the battlefield for the benefit of the resistance. Many years passed after his awakening, Ryuga had spent much of his life locked up, chained and closely monitored, studied and sidelined for the good of science. Immersed in a deep hatred, which gnawed at him from the inside like a disease, forced to live in the shadows, they finally offered him a chance to express his feelings, to do what he had been created for, to honour his contract. This first operation, blackout, was to be his baptism of fire, the only way for him to show the extent of his abilities and his true hybrid instinct, a soldier created to kill and nothing else. Dressing for the first time in his tailor-made battle dress, Ryuga observed the surroundings, armed with a flawless determination, in silence as he gradually submitted to the idea....that he would only be the instrument of death in a bloody war.
