I'm so sorry, when you said OG Lacey I thought it was an actual form since my character does have different forms and outfits.
(as you can tell from my dA account) and most have initials for names to shorten them

Nonsense, you did great!
I also did find out what I did wrong on this 'What a Lacey day!'
There are options to darken the lines and the ability to separate layers (took some research, my tablet is still new to me after all)
But with that knowledge, it'll look better and actually able to shade this time without messing up the coloring or lines
(yes, this one is made in literally one layer)

I’ve been mostly going with a sort of caramel color myself because it just kinda looked cute. Maybe I need to re-examine my palette choices.
Ok a side note, do you think her top needs some white and not just all green? I’ve seen it colored in different patterns but there was always some white to balance out the green.

Eh, I'm leaving top/ outfit choices to the artists of all kinds, including you. Plus, your palettes are usually great (one of the reasons why I didn't change my account icon)
Heck I even like the color black too.
But yeah, the choice is up to you, honestly never had a problem with any of your work.
